Article 5 – Accounts and Registration

The consumer must provide accurate and correct information when registering.
The consumer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
In case of unauthorized use, the store must be notified immediately.
The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account that violates the terms.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications

The consumer agrees that official communication will be conducted via email or messages within the platform.
All electronic correspondence sent from the store is considered valid and binding.

Article 7 – Modifications to the Agreement

The store has the right to modify this agreement at any time in accordance with Jordanian regulations.
Consumers will be notified of any changes as soon as they come into effect.

Article 8 – Payment

Payments are made through the available payment methods on the store.
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on applicable Jordanian tax laws.
The store has the right to issue an official electronic invoice for each transaction.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All rights related to the designs, content, and logos are owned by the store.
Copying or republishing any part of the store without prior written permission is prohibited.

Article 10 – Store Liability

The store is committed to providing its services in accordance with applicable laws in Jordan.
The store is not responsible for any damages resulting from the consumer’s misuse of products or the platform.
The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping company.

Article 11 – Access Restriction

The store has the right to suspend or cancel a consumer’s account if the terms of use are violated.

Article 12 – Governing Law

This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Jordanian courts.

Article 13 – General Provisions

Arabic is the official language for interpreting this agreement.
Prices or offers may change without prior notice when necessary.
Promotional offers are temporary and the store has the right to modify or cancel them.
The agreement may only be terminated by an official decision from store management.

Account Deletion

Consumers may delete their account by following these steps:

Log in to the account through the app or website.
Go to the “Account” or “Settings” section.
Select “Edit Account.”
Scroll to the bottom and choose “Delete Account.”
Read the warning message and confirm the deletion.

Notes:

Account deletion cannot be undone.
It is recommended to save any important data before deletion.
